Then this thing comes along, I don’t even know what it is. Looks newer than a Model T, but not a 1930’s or 40’s car.

Something from around 1930, kind of resembles a later Model A roadster, but seems bigger maybe just due to the pic.

I was thinking a model A was older than a model T so I just assumed it was not.

Exactly. The letters aren’t in order (there was also Model B, Model K, etc).

Model A = model years 1928-31.  Model T 1908-27.
