I’m going to disagree, it makes it better for everyday use. Imagine being in the middle of a 10 hour highway drive and have nothing but the drone of the engine to listen to. It’s great to be able to do both, some times you want to listen to some tunes while you drive about.

We went an saw him at the Rosemont Hori .... Errrrr ... Alstate Arena last year. He put on a fantastic show!

When I was shopping for my Camaro the upgraded stereo was an absolute requirement. I almost never use it because I’d rather listen to the exhaust. Long highway drives, which are rare, are the only time it gets used . It’s nice to have, but knowing what I do now it wouldn’t be a requirement.

Sadly no - it’s been a crazy month, which included a stint in the hospital for a few days, and my wife working several weekends including this one.
Hoping to get into it either 2 weekends from now or Labor Day.

Hot take: it’s Bose so it’s still going to sound like crap.
I have never been impressed with a Bose stereo. Our Terrain has the upgraded 9 speaker Bose s ystem and it sounds like garbage, unless you’re listening to a band like KoRn. Everything is flat and muddy. My Cruze base sound system is overall better.
Just looking at the picture if the Corvette speaker placement, I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that it’s not going to sound that great either.

No pressure; just curious. I sent a copy to my brother and it took him several years to get around to it and when he did, I don’t think it did much for him. He’s more into historical tomes and Tolkien.
