That, or a Norelco razor.

Trying to lure me out of hiding with a tantalizing tidbit of Studebaker’s might-have-been?
I’ve seen it in person. It's neat.

Thanks for telling me what it was. I had no idea. Looks like a Norelco razor to me.

Braun or Remington. Phillips Norelco does three circular foils.

S’okay. I was getting ready to post one of the Christmas commercials with Santa riding a razor (“Phrasing!” (/sterlingarcher)), but then I was like: “Hey, that’s not the right shape...”. I now expect all my Google ads will be about razors.

Studebaker Sceptre. It was a Brooks Stevens-designed concept car that, naturally, had any future development into a production car cut short by Studebaker’s decision to halt automobile manufacturing .
But... The gauges are in bubbles. BUBBLES!

Could they even be read??

It’s a concept car, and a mid-century one at that. Practicality is and should be upstaged by style!

You mean like modern cars?

Like that, but less terrifyingly repulsive ostentatious “styling”. More like normal things being turned into non-functional art, rather than gross, non-functional add-ons made of plastic trying to resemble an angry robot.
