A friend of mine had a King hub. He said it sounded like an angry swarm of bees. I thought is sounded more like a giant mosquito. As you can guess, I wasn’t a fan.

I’m just happy to land both wheels on the ground and keep them there, after going off anything, really. It’s pretty incredible where “mountain biking” is going these days - s omewhere between bmx and big-mountain skiing. I mean, look at Rampage...
That rear hub would drive me bananas though.
