Most cities have glass shops that will custom cut whatever you want. As well as frameless shower installers.

I’m unsure if the shower door and partition have even been given much thought yet. At the moment we’re just looking for a quarter circle shelf and a rectangular niche shelf

Ohhhhhhh well to their credit, if they can find a premade circular shelf , it will save oodles of money, as long as it’s a true 90-degrees. Buying only a single shelf from me — by which I mean, that guy I know — would be prohibitively expensive.
