Much want. Manual? A green manual 330i coupe is on my shortlist. Honestly wish I’d gotten one instead of my Sportcross.

He has been bitten by the BMW bug. He finished painting the 740i yesterday and bought this 3 today.

Sadly it’s auto, if  it was manual he would keep it. The Sportcross seems nice though I’d take a manual 330i coupe over it any day too lol

did the previous owner rattle can the wheels?

those are sposed to be silver.... look pretty decent silver too (well.. not silver..but whatever standard non chrome alloy colloured)

Good luck indeed.  If the paint looks that rough from the distance those pictures were taken, it must look really bad in person.  I think he might have his work cut out for him there.

Looks either poorly rattle-canned or the silver flaked off completely. Most likely the former though.

My uncle specializes in paint so it shouldn't be too much of a problem for him. I'm waiting on pics of his freshly repainted 740i, can't wait to see it.

That M54B30 engine can take a beating. My E39 530i has the same engine and it’s going strong at 193,000 miles.
