We were at a scout camp-
out this spring at an Army base (Ft. Ripley, MN) and they had enough toilets
side by side to outfit the entire crew of a B-
17.

I’d have made them both fully functional, just slightly staggered (with an enclosed chute coming down from the second floor).

They’re actually kind of boring in reality, the lower level has the seat further forward than the top level, and the *ahem* leavings from those using the top fall down behind a partition wall on the lower floor.
