Establish dominance - when you’re in the office in nothing but a gown, list off some symptoms of a semi-obscure disease/disorder and ask what tests they’re going to run next. Th en grade them on their response. Pull out a clipboard and scribble some things down and then be like “Nah, just kidding ya, but good hustle! (or if they got it wrong, tell them to try harder in the future) ”

What are some g ood do-everything boats for a bit of fishing, hanging out on the lake with a group, maybe pulling some wake boards, etc.

Just remember who gets to choose the size of the needle, after you "establish dominance"...

I like the new chaparrals and rinkers with the volvo-penta front drives that give you all the benefits of stern drive and inboards. Very versatile .

How well do wake surfing skills translate to surfing waves at the beach ?

probably very poorly. i tried surfing once. got handled by the Sea. it's probably closer to skim boarding

My cousin tried to teach me. I ended up with a few bruises and friction burns on my chest and arms. It taught me why surfers always wear a wetsuit or lycra swim shirt.

That is some impressively clear water. That never happens in Southern NM.

I had not seen that design before. So that is what is in those new Chap arral Surf Boats? Very cool. Wondered how the local YMCA was able to switch over to these from the inboards they were using . Seems a lot safer than a traditional stern drive (with the prop right under t he rear deck).
