Those side intakes are yuge! How long before you think you’ll be pulling small animals / children out of them? While I’ve criticized the Camaro booty it looks better on the white with the blacked out bottom.
Also which wheels did you go with? I'm genuinely not a fan of the wheels on the white one.

Followed up by pre-production testers now being seen in public in colors to keep attention, and demo the appearance of the car in public, even before the first units start getting delivered to dealers and customers.
If you are going to run a hype machine... this one seems to be running pretty well.

Yeah, that GM hype machine. All those other American mid engined American sports cars for $60k but GM thinks they have something special on their hands. Real people, not actors, amirite?

I think you drastically miss the point.
I wasn’t talking about the car, or it’s technical merits, or even it’s competition, or lack thereof.
Hype isn’t necessarily hollow, even if sometimes it is.
Hype is generating cultural chatter and widespread exposure.
The car itself can’t generate this kind of exposure without this PR machine behind it... it isn’t on the market yet. Not a single person has purchased a production model.
EVERYTHING surrounding this car, as I described above, has been a full-press marketing campaign, including the exposure of camouflaged test mules before it’s official introduction. Watching test mules drive slowly through columns of photographers, giving ample opportunity for as many photos as they want, is proof that it was a non-official non-secret.
And actually, I was actually
complimenting the effectiveness of it, not being sarcastic, as you are. It is getting a lot of people to consider C8 who profess to not have
considered
it’s predecessors
