A friend mentioned them to me - just ordered air & cabin filters.
Seems like brake pads would be a no-brainer, too.

The videos they have about it are kinda funny. I have mentioned it here once or twice.

Whoa, yes I knew about this but I didn’t know that it includes brakes and other wear items!

Yes. Been using them for years for Volvo parts. Keep in mind you have to pay for the return shipping which makes items like rotors a bit expensive to return.

Wow - I can’t believe they can afford to do this. For the cost of shipping, you essentially have consumables for your car for life. Not bad.

Yeah I didn’t know that it applied to wear items either.

They have some pretty helpful youtube videos. I didn’t realize their lifetime replacement extended to things like brakes.

It’s a great sales tactic, and I’m sure their business model is similar to mail-in rebates. A small percentage will actually follow through.

Yup, theoretically if you bought oil from them, ran it for an interval, and poured it back into the bottle, you could return that, too!

Definitely getting most of my parts from there next time. I order there recently, and really enjoyed the service.

LOL - sounds like cheap and heavy stuff doesn’t make sense to return (you pay return shipping, I believe).

Nice - hey, are you going to C&G on Saturday? I will have some family in town, but I might be there.

Wow. I didn't realize it was that time already. I should be! Whether I'll be in the BMW or Genesis will be a last minute decision.

If we make it, I’ll be in my silver E90 M3.
My nephew loves cars, so I might be able to swing it. Been too long since I’ve made it out for one.

Ive looked into them quite a bit, they are quite legit about their motto. You can even send in your used motor oil and get fresh oil. If only they sold Lexus/Toyota parts...
