I wonder how much they end up making on a truck like this. The production numbers are low enough you wouldn't get much of an economy of scale, but the price is high enough. Although I'm sure they also use quality parts...

I would bet that Shelb y is happy to sell you all the parts, making up the R&D costs. Next up a Robo Tronic Car roll Shelby signing autographs

Yout can buy a normal 5.0 F-150 and put a Roush supercharger (which iirc is what Shelby uses) on it and make 700hp reliably for like $10k installed. You just won’t get the 2,493,850 Shelby badges.
