As someone who works for a company, I couldn’t give less of a shit if you tell you want to “look elsewhere” or “shop around,” your dumb fuck shit of an ass should’ve done that before calling me, especially when you know I can’t just magically lower the price when you low-key accuse me of lying and not doing my best to accommodate your ignorant cunt shit requests.
Fucking cunts I hate all of them fuck them all fuck you fuck me fuck everyone.
I just needed to vent. I do well at my job, and surprisingly I enjoy it for the most part, it’s just that some people make me lose hope in mankind.
EDIT: whoever came up with “the customer is always right” and whoever repeats it needs to die a slow, torturous death. Fuck anyone who believes this bullshit.

what makes it bad is that nobody really understands the phrase “the customer is always right.” it was meant to say “if you don’t know your market and what your customers are looking for, you’ll struggle to stay in business.” What people
think
it means is “any potential customer who walks in the door is to have their ass relentlessly kissed.”

Whenever I hear this my standard reply is “not in this business.”
If they say something along the lines of “you should listen to the customer” I do concede; they pay for a service and I am listening. It doesn’t mean that I can do what your ignorant ass is asking me to do.
The fact that we have a lineup out the door of customers, the true spirit of that phrase is demonstrated since we have a market and we know what they’re looking for, and most of them aren’t irritating cunts.
