Did this exact thing before but with a taillight. If the glass isnt hard to pop out it should be a cheap and easy fix.

Is it me, or does that retaining wall seem to extend past the curb at a 45 degree or so angle and fade directly into the passenger door? Or is that just a reflection? I can’t quite tell.

I actually lament that blinkers are in the mirrors now. I prefer them on the sides for better visibility AND to reduce the complexity of the one expensive thing that juts out from all of our cars.

The boundary to the right of the driveway isn’t right angle to it.

There is no retaining wall, just drive way. The kerb to the right is presumably the boundary of the property.

Also the angle of the door and the height from the ground means the reflection omits a large section of the driveway.

The way the glass is broken I think the edge of the ‘trash can’ caught the edge of the mirror, rotating the mirror round to the front, as it rotated, I reckon that’s when the corner of the trash can impacted the centre of the mirror.

Purely speculation on my part.

Have I ever told you that you’re an awesome kind of individual? Because you are. Wow. With custom infographics, researched photos and everything.

I initially thought the mirror housing was sitting on the top of a concrete retaining wall, but now I clearly see that’s just the pavement. Perspective is a funny thing sometimes.

...and here I thought your culinary side saw my breakfast and refused to speak with me further.
