Conrod from a (replica) Honda RC 166 engine. Six cylinders, 250cc, 60 odd bhp at 18,000 or so rpm, originally made more than fifty years ago.
The knowledgeable will work out that it attaches to a built up crankshaft which used 13 separate bits, none of them bigger than your average domino.

Is that a connecting rod for ants?

That engine had barrel-shaped cams, so each valve had to have a different shape. I can see a bit of that bat shit craziness on my CL450. DOHC engine with magnesium engine covers and torsion bars instead of valve springs...on a n economy bike from the ‘60s. Unfortunately mine only revs to 10k. It’s still fun to slowly rev it to redline in 1st then slingshot it into second.

Given that's from a 3cc engine, it seems bigger than I would have expected compared to a rod from a 40 odd cc cylinder.

A long rod:stroke ratio is good for high rpms because it reduces peak piston speed.
