Man, that 318 is NP all day. I remember looking for one of those back in the augties in Seattle, and they wanted more for ones that had way more miles than that and were beat to death.

I'd take the Sportcross. The 2-door BMW hasn't aged well, at least to my eyes

Hey! Somebody stole the BMWs trunk....

I’ve owned a 318ti. It was very BMW. CP.
I can't do pastel purple on that Spertkrass for that kind of money. CP.

Both very nice, though I’ve never been a ti fan.
Is that a fair price for the Spertklaus? Seems like big $ for a 15 year old car.

There is no “fair” in the SPERTKRASS dimension:
There are so few for sale nationally, and even over 150k miles seem to ask for a lot. Ones that show up locally
are often salvaged titled or bagged/slammed.
It took me two years to find mine.
TWO. YEARS.

I did a job for a guy with a large garage full of collectable BMW’s. One of them was an S62 swapped 318ti. It was parked next to the Alpina Bi-Turbo and in front of a half dozen or so M3's.
Screw that guy. /jelly

You rang?
17/10 on the former.

Hot take: The Ti is my favourite E36 and second favourite 3-Series behind the 325ix.

Too bad - they’re such cool cars. If only people would have bought them when they were new...

CP on The IS. I know Sport crosses are rare, and I think they are very cool but I would never pay that much for a boring 15 year old car with 115k on the clock. That’s e90 money. You could have a much nicer, more powerful, 10 year newer car for the same money, and a manual.... but it a Wagon. E91s are 3-7k more than sedans.
The ti is right in the middle, not NP not CP. But I’d buy it for 3500.

I can’t believe the 318ti has gone from the butt of everybody’s jokes to a desirable little car.

Oooh. Now we’re talking. I want both, but if I had to spend my own money it’s the BMW. That’s for a couple reasons, BMW people are split with a large portion really disliking them ( that makes me happy), and they are just so damn cool. I loved my old E36 and I hear these get a bit tail happy. Sounds perfect.

BMW: NP. Those are impossible find, especially that clean.
Lexus: Good Price. If it was around $9500, it’d be a nice price. As it is, it’s neither a bad price or a great price.
