I’m in the third row back, 68th from the foreground. Only 16 years after I first set foot on a college campus, I dun gradutated.
Over the last 4 years, I’ve moved twice, bought and sold 2 homes, worked 3 jobs, changed careers, and had 2 daughters all while taking a full load of courses. I can’t believe I actually finished it. It's over.
In the words of Forest Gump, “I’m pretty tired. I think I’ll go home now.”

Congratulations, and well done! I hope you had some fine pre-packaged potato salad to celebrate.

Congratulations! I just graduated from Portland State yesterday, a mere 17 years after my first attempt at undergrad.

Congratulations! I understand your exhaustion. While I was finishing up my graduate degrees, I got married, lost funding for my work and had to change topics and find a “real” job, moved , survived a flood in that house , moved again, had two kids, then moved to another state .
I’d say that things will slow down now, but they probably won’t. Good luck!

Congratulations!
I'm sure your girls are just as proud of you as I was of my mom when she graduated from UCSB. She put herself through college while raising five kids by herself. It was because of her drive that we all went to college, and I majored in poly sci because of her.
