What are the odds that it’s real?
For Sweden

The owner is driving it, so 0% chance it is real.

Edit: I think it’s real and the owner is just enjoying a nice drive with dog.
Windshield frame is not from a 356 spider.

I know to check the parking brake handle location but that’s not easy to do with a moving car.

Could be an Intermec c anica 356 D from the 80's, but since you’re in Martha’s Vineyard I’ll say it’s a legit ~ 1959 356A Speedster.
At least I hope it is.

Somebody has pointed out that the windshield frame is wrong for a legit car.

I am confused. The windshield is not from a 356 cabriolet, but it looks real?

It looks real based off of the patina.

It looks like a vw cabrio windshield, the 356 windshield is very rounded.

The Speedster D models have a similar frame.
The amount of patina without rust is what leads me to believe it’s not legit.

But....doesn’t have the round suspension adjustment hole by the back wheel, which all seem to have.

Agreed, but that much patina without any rust on the body is suspicious. The scrapes by the front wheel and under the chrome strip by the back wheel should have some rust.
Also, that windshield frame only matches up to cars with the round torsion hole in the back, which is missing on this car.
