I’ve been listening to a new podcast, Causality, which looks at the root causes of many “accidents” and incidents. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! His show notes provide a wealth of information that I found very interesting.
Professionally, causality is essentially all I investigate. My main line of work is as a field based liability adjuster/investigator so I am often working alongside forensic engineers, accountants or fire investigators (among other experts) determine a) my exposure and b) causality to determine if I can transfer risk to other parties.

I’ve subscribed. If this podcast is CNN-covering-an-airplane-crash terrible, I am blaming you.

“Linda, early reports are saying something -- we’re not sure what yet -- cause the aircraft’s wing to quote ‘lose lift’ which mostly likely resulted in the wreckage you see here. On the line we’ve got Mike Hunt, a private pilot with over 300 hours of flight experience to help bolster our speculation. Mike?”

Oooh that sounds good but I only have room in my life to follow one podcast and that’s MBMB aM. Even just the one is hard to find time to s it down and actually listen to it.
