From my perspective the huge number of pickup trucks is the odd thing in that picture. That trailer is easily small enough to be towed by that BMW. I see smaller and less powerful vehicles tow bigger loads all the time.

Well yes, the M2 is way more car than you need to tow that tiny trailer. However, on this side of the pond, towing with smaller vehicles really isnt a thing. I don't think I've personally used anything other than a body on frame truck or SUV to tow
