I thought I could go out for a beer. I had two more ihours of work granted to me. Watching)/listening to this in the background makes it alright.

I’ve seen every episode several times —alone or with a World War Two veteran.

I gave away my DVD set to a deserving person. I bought another DVD set. Viewed it a couple of times and gave away that box without expectation of return. Then I bought a Blu-ray set.

I watched my “From the Earth to the Moon” DVD set, loved it, loaned it to parents, and haven’t seen it since.

Inexplicably I’ve never seen The Pacific, which I ought to enjoy as much as Band of Brothers.

Band of Brothers: 8 ... The Pacific: 0

One day I’ll treat myself to The Pacific.

the pacific its miserable to watch

its every bit as good as bob but it wont make you feel good

I may have heard from a man (years ago) that T he Pacific is brutal -- and that’s why I dragged my heels instead of spending money and time on it...

First time I saw it I binged watched. Made it to the battle of the bul ge and had to step away for a bit. Fantastic series though

“ From the Earth to the Moon” is one of my favorites!

Check out Discovery’s miniseries called “when we left earth”. Not the same docu-drama like HBO's but still good.

Pacific is still solid, but don’t put it in BoB, more Full metal jacket or flags of our fathers.

Another problem is a number of scenes are at night and a PITA to tell who is who

without exageration, I’ve probably have seen every episod e at least 40 times. It was just always on the history channel in the background.
