Werd. I’m currently having to dig through work on a request from the sales department for a drawing, while fielding technical questions on other things... and NOT working on the drawings that people have been pestering me for all week. I’ve already put in more than 40 this week, of course.

FRIDAY!!!

It’s been a hell of a week. Even taking time out for my check ride on Tuesday, I’ll have 60 hours by the time I get home this afternoon.

Speaking of home, I’m about to hit the road. Happy weekend, Oppo!

I won’t even have 50, but this week has been very stressful. Either I’ve been furiously trying to look things up for the things interfering with my “real” work, hanging fire in Combat Air Patrol (figurative) waiting for calls on things out with questions, actually working on what I need to get out the door (minimal), or staring at what I need to do in a stupor because I’m too fried to get it done.

This week has DRAGGED. First, because there hasn’t been much going on since Tues AM. Second, because I leave tomorrow for a week at OBX.

I rolled in the door 20 minutes ago and my boss calls with concerns about my expense reports. Nothing I’m going wrong, but we’re about to have a battle with our Houston office. It seems they are shunting my expense reports over to my office when they agreed to pay them over a year ago.

It’s a great way to wrap up the week!
