Tow hooks are now installed front and back on the Miata. Front was a “simple” bolt in replacement of the the factory tow hook. That’s in quotes because accessing the bolts is a pain and they were nice and tight seeing as they were installed 18 years ago. Thankfully no rust though so it wasn’t that bad. The rear hook required drilling so it took some time but was at least was easy to access.
Tomorrow I am drilling the holes in my floor for the harness sub straps and then I shall have my harness install complete. The following day will hopefully be coilover install and then ideally I can just order my brakes and then this build is ready for the track!

Nice, clever accenting.
If you pull that right-hand control stalk down far enough, do you end up back in New Jersey?

Haha took me a second to understand what that was supposed to mean. It actually rotates to set cruise control since pulling it activates washer fluid, pushes it does a single wipe, and down is to turn on the wipers. But yeah I did use cruise control any time I was on a highway while driving across the country. So I guess I hit “set coast” often and eventually ended up at the coast.
First ever sighting of the coast, marking the end of my drive. Dirt from Arkansas still on the car lol:
