There was a home built truck thing there the first couple of days with an old two stroke diesel. There was a crazy Bug funny car that I need to post a pic of.

There is a reasonable chance that is true and I have no problem with that. There is a Bugeye running with us. They might have less power, but they are still running an A Series engine.  I challenged them to a run down the drag strip at Indy today. We will see.

People have been cool about the car. It adds to the variety of the event. Kids love the thing. Everyone wants to know what it is and where it’s from.

It’s still working.  I replaced the belt and that has helped a lot.  I did order a new alternator and plugs and have them waiting at my friends in Indy just in case.

Good; glad to hear that. My friend who runs a garage says new stands for Never Even Worked. (I choose to have a more perfect brightness of hope...) I swear by preventive maintenance. If some part has like 100k miles and it’s suspect at all, replace it.

Most do.  Had some really great conversations.  I few don’t and that’s ok.  99.9% of the people have been cool.
