Like driving a used Bronco down a dead-end street.

It’s been great. I see why people like them, they’re quite a fun drive for how economical they are.

You're going to look pretty silly with that knife sticking out of your ass.

Nice, auto or manual? I’ve liked these since I was little, when my dad crashed his Stratus we were given a blue rental 3 hatch of that vintage and he took me for a ride in it and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Manual. That was one key requirement of spending some actual money on a daily, it had to have 3 pedals. I’d driven a couple of autos of this gen when they were still making them but test driving this was the first I'd driven a manual one.

Interesting. I can’t drive stick to save m y life but of course I’d love to learn, I don’t know if it’d be wise for my broke ass to buy my first and only car spec’ d with a transmission I can’t dr ive yet. Was the auto any good when you drove it?

I’m not a fan of the auto in these 3's. One 3 in particular I drove around for about a month in a very hilly area, and and it could not figure out what gear it wanted to be in going uphill . It was very annoying. Seemed to work fine on level ground, though. And it still felt peppier than you'd expect with 160 hp.

I live in Florida, so there’s not many hills here. As far as that goes I should be fine for the most part with an auto, though a manual would be cool. Thanks for the info man.
