The school year is almost over but my classroom just got a new coat of paint and the walls are looking pretty empty , but at least they are no longer the terrible faded whirled pea color. But b efore I throw up all the posters I’ve had on the walls for years I”m looking for some v inyl decals.
So I now have plent y of wall/door space screaming for decoration so I ask you citizen of Oppo do you have a quote or idea for something that I should purchase or otherwise obtain? Vinyl is preferred but I’m open to most all suggestions.
My my students are lobbying for a large format track outline to put on the back wall but I haven’t found one yet .
Amazon/Etsy/whatever links would be appreciated and I do know someone with a larger format vinyl cutter so the text of the quote or source file could work

Something with electromagnetics would be cool, maybe interacting wave forms or the interference pattern from a fine toothed comb. Maybe a prism splitting white light? How about the large hadron collider? If you’re looking for a more automotive theme, a collection of cars cornering hard would be cool. I’ve always liked photos of dragsters warming up their tires and the wrinkle-walls doing their thing on launch. Those are opportunities to talk about centrifugal and centrepital force as well as torque, temperature, and friction. Photos of planes would also work for that.
Maybe you could do a 3-D installation like a wall-mounted marble chase or a pendular motion demo.
There are lots of options out there. Get creative!
