Some St Louis style ribs and a brisket. They’ve been slow cooking since 9 this morning and should be nice and tender by now. Can’t wait...

I was out most of the day, shopping and doctor’s appointments, so I didn’t have to suffer through the fragrance and anticipation.
I did take a bite of the brisket, and well, I had another three after that...

oh baby
I’m gonna have some beef ribs tonight. I love slow cooking but pressure cooking fits my weekday lifestyle much better.

I slow cooked, 3+\- hours, pork loin, kielbasa, chicken and veggies on Monday. Plus corn bread on the grill for family and friends. Turned out great and everyone left happy and full.

Pork is way more forgiving than brisket.

I did Pork Steaks on Sunday with Busch Light. We partied like a bunch of hoosiers.
