Haha no, I’d never honk at someone just for going a few under the limit. In this case that just compounded my annoyance... I honked at him for turning and not using the turn lane.

Driving a slow car with those uphill passing lanes helps me not. It’s like no matter what everybody speeds up to 75 then slows down to 50 again after the passing lane ends. So I have to ring it out as hard as possible to get buy the slow cars.
