Kinja'd!!!

New-old stock 2018 Transition Patrol, got on a hell of a sale.

I’m dying to go home, throw some pedals on, and ride.

Edit: maybe my pic will show up now? Thanks, Kinja?

Proper number of gears, one too many shocks for my taste. But looks great!

nice i love the colours

also... you have a spare front fork lying about?

mines making a slightly worrying clunk noise on bumps

(me poor bike has it rough)

I was just shopping for dropper posts for my new hard tail, REI has PNW on sale 20% off. Patrol is a good sled, should jump and get rowdy pretty well.

I’ve got a Transition Scout that’s been my trusty stead for the past few seasons. Enjoy!

Forks actually aren't terrible to do a lower service on, price and difficulty wise.  YouTube has a couple decent instructional vids, even one Fox put out themselves.

I just put a clearance sale OneUp on my other bike and have enjoyed its adjustability/reliability and price ($150ish if they’re still available).

I actually got it after my first park trip a couple weeks ago. I’m not close enough to lift-assist to justify a full blown DH bike, but wanted something burlier and more at home in the air than a Trek Fuel 29er.

I f orgot to pick up tubeless valves on the way home from work (remembered t grab sealant, SRAM quicklink, and a strap for the tubes i was pulling, but no valves). A couple quick laps  around the  woods near the house was all I got, but I’ve already fallen in love.

I don't mind pedaling up a few thousand feet for a good day, but its hard to beat getting 20k+ feet of descending in an afternoon, with no backpack, and unlimited cold beer and food directly at the bottom.

Nice! These were on my short list a few months ago. Very good bikes. Went for a ride after work tonight and one of the guys who went has a 2016 patrol. He seems to like it a lot.

The PNW droppers are supposed to be excellent for the price. Go for it!
