:) I liked those better than the Geo - love those lights. Super distinctive , zippy, affordable, fun. I’m sad these kind of vehicles probably will never come around again - CRXsi , SEr, Suzuki Swift...

Good luck finding one! I recall getting smitten with them based on articles and looking up Craigslist’s in 15 or so  major cities and there were none to be found.

I seriously looked into getting one a number of years back, but was dissuaded by the lack of parts availability. There are a LOT of things on these cars that are unavailable, and there a ren’t a lot of them laying around to cannibalize.

Duncan Imports has a JDM 1st generation example for sale on their website. The paint looks iffy and the factory Recaro seats have some wear , but the rest of it looks fairly clean. Only 32,000 miles on it and the optional Irmscher suspension too.

I’ve always wanted to get the extremely rare Impulse wagonback version or Stylus and give it the RS treatment. But they’re probably so rare now that it’s next to impossible and almost sacrilege to cut up an RS.

For maximum punishment, a Lotus Elan engine swap would complete the effect.
