Looks great. I have no Idea how you price something like this. I guess If you have your own experimental plane and hanger you got money.

Don’t get me wrong. That thing is awesome, and the want is strong .  I also recognize you’d probably be hard-pressed to build one just like it for $75k.  But that price just feels high to me.

That and as fun as it would be to drive every mile would be immediate depreciation. So it's a high purchase you really can't enjoy and I'm not sure just how much more those could appreciate if miles kept low.

The Legacy restomods go for $185k, so this might be a NP.

When we purchased our house in Vermont, one of these – possibly even the same year and model – was stuck in the field, up to the axles. It was February, and it was covered by about 4 inches of snow, so I decided to wait until spring to pull it out.

Well, spring came, and the prognosis was not good. It was so rusted that pieces of the door would fall off if I even tried to touch it. It did, however, have a good plow attached to the front.

I put an ad in the local paper – “Free plow, if you take the truck attached to it.”

I’m highly skeptical of the original mileage claim, without a lot of documentation, or pictures pre-restoration I wouldn’t belie ve it for a second. An odometer rollover to 100,759? That I’d believe. Still an awesome truck though.

Asking price is pure crack. If the seller really wants that much, the only chance they have is if they to take it to an auction or sell it on a different site like BAT.

Personally, even if I was insanely wealthy, the most I’d spend on that is US$25,000.

And I don’t give a shit about “You won’t be able to build something like that for less”

The fact is, this one is already built and it’s only worth what someone else is willing to pay.
