This is an old Volvo, right? I’m pretty sure, but not certain. Looks lovely no matter what it is.
This old econoline is pretty cute. Great color (pops more in real life than in my picture). I hope its forehead gets put back together soon.

I think it's 1800ES but I'm not positive.

One of the few other Volvo’s that makes a Volvo brick wagon go entirely unnoticed...P1800ES from the early 70's
The rear screen alone is enough to give me cause for financial concern.

It is indeed an 1800ES. They were only available in ‘72-73.

550 euro
was what a friend of mine had to pay. plus shipping from germany.
T
he rest of the parts are surprisingly cheap for a car that age. Heaps of reproduction parts available.

Yup, 1800es. I like the wagon look, but they are a bit heavy. I picked up a set of the 1800es seats for my 1800s since the wagon had nicer seats with integrated headrests. Pre 70 cars dont have headrests at all.

P1800es. Im more a fan of the regular 1800 gt. B18 and b20 engines were used. The injected b20 did 140 hp and all were easily modifiable. This is the generation where Volvos 140 sedan handled as good as the bmw 2002. Im always looking for a good 1800 cause its the only car that perfectly fit me like a tailored suit.

Ouch. The estate was never released here in Oz and is rarer everywhere else than the coupe. Given the costs in Oz dollars they run to for a running example in Europe...this is yet another desirable car I will never own.

The one I know of in aus has been here for 30 or so years and I expect it has become a family heirloom and will never be sold. I’ve never seen it in a drivable state though.
There’s 3 or 4 of the P1800 coupes in that family too.
