How do we know these aren’t in reverse order, and that they were actually all just passing you?  It’s the internet, we have to assume there’s a conspiracy of some sort involved.

I did pass all of them though. The big power cars like...

The closing rate in the corners  (especially with that C63) was pretty astonishing. I’d barely be able to see him going into turn 1, but I’d be on his bumper by 3.

My favorite days at VIR were the PCA events which had a novice session. It was super cheap, you got an instructor and track time. Even better was driving my BRZ getting a point by from a: 997S , 987S, S197 GT, STI, etc.

It is absolutely hilarious to get smoked on the straight and then be right on their bumper exiting T1.

This is awesome. TBH I almost got beat by a miata at an autocross and my car had twice as much HP. At the end I just had to drive like a maniac because I could let a 1.6L car best my Datsun.

I mean, this past weekend the only thing faster than my fellow STS competitor’s 1.6 Miata was the Formula SAE that Wichita State brought out, and only by .400 of a  second. I was about a second back.

I want to get into carting for that thrill. I did some a few weeks ago, just the slow ones at a theme park, but the thrill of catching up to and passing people  them was awesome.
