We just got Sandy back today, oh ye’, I never mentioned it the other week, Sandy went into the back of a car that stopped suddenly. Was a low speed crash but was at an angle so new bumper, wing and headlight (£3000) .

For the last two weeks we’ve had to make do with a 2018 Ford Focus ecoboost. The interior was tiny and kept banging my knee of the centre console. Going from a bigger to a smaller car was a killer. Also it had a manual handbrake, Sandy has an auto handbrake, yep, cue a lot of pulling away with the handbrake still engaged.

It’ll make you appreciate your own car all the more when you get back to her.

Last last time I rented I got a midsize and ended up with a 30000 mile A ltima which was fine.... but leaked oil all over my friend’s driveway.   they upgraded me to a loaded Mazda 6 for the trouble. That  was MUCH nicer.
