Other than the Schumacher era they kind of always struggled.  And now they seem to be having some pretty terrible luck too.

It must be so annoying to be one of the engineers who designed this year’s car. You gave them what is probably the best car on the grid and yet they just keep fucking it up every weekend.

They switched him to medium tires after he was really on it on softer tires, he was the guy to beat. They switched to medium for the race start, thinking it would get them deeper. Well it got them nowhere, blame the bosses unless Leclerc asked for it. I think he would have been fine with the compound  he had be running so well with. Vettel had a moment there too but avoided it.
