I like it. My grandparents lived about 20 minutes inland from there. After they passed, my mom bought their house. So I'm down there a handful of times every year.

We joked about how much a house in R ehoboth would cost but when we looked on Zillow they were extremely reasonable.

It gets even more reasonable if you go a few miles inland. Delaware is full of people from PA who retire there because it's cheap and it's just far enough south to avoid most snow.
