Yes, these still exist a pparently. It also appears to be a different car from the one I saw back in 2015.

Most X-body cars found in PA looked like this ~20 years ago.

An old friend of mine had a Phoenix in high school, ~25 years ago. He loathed it, claimed it would literally come to a stop on steep Seattle hills. Iron duke, I think. I suspect it was replaced by a Corolla.

DOUBT.
There’s no way any X body kept running that long, and it’s even more impossible that any of them were only that rotted out in 1999.

Kill it with fire. The one I had as my first car was so bad that I refuse to consider it my real first car. We replaced it with a Chevy Celebrity that was awesome.

How is that still in drivable shape? The owner should receive a Citation for exceptional dedication.

My guess; it’s been parked for most of its 30 plus years.

I’m just impressed that there is at least one still in existence, no matter how bad they were.

I’d have bought a Corolla, too.

No doubt, and likely inside.

It had the look of a car that was in overall good shape but owned by someone in their 80s.
