Many things.
1) I can do a shit job, because it’s 3 AM
2) tomorrow I can tell people, “fuck off , I didn’t sleep last night, because I was doing work at 3 AM .”

You can also stand on your front door step and shout at 9am, 'OY, shut the f**k up, some of us were working last night'.

I think shouting “Oy!” for any reason sounds like fun.

It’s a very resilient word spelled oy, oi, etc... used to get attention can mean several things depending on inflection.
The fun one is shouting ‘Oggie Oggie Oggie, and getting the response ‘oi oi oi’. From the old Cornish coal mining days, an Oggie was a slang name for pasty. Later used at rugby matches around the Commonwealth as a chant and adopted by Australians in the form of ‘ozzie ozzie ozzie,’ oi oi oi’.
Often expanded into
‘Oggie’,
‘Oi’,
‘Oggie’,
‘Oi’,
‘Oggie Oggie oggie’,
‘Oi oi oi’.
Also sometimes used as a form of the North American 'marco', 'polo'.

Not to be confused with “
Oh, s**t!?”
