I took the carb apart, got the secondaries freed up and messed with the timing a little bit. Runs a lot better now although it’s still a dog, feels more like a 289 than it does a 400 but I think a good italian tune up will fix it. I just need to something with the brakes first as they’re just a tad bit sketchy right now.

That thing looks like the perfect mix of rusty and solid.  Where did you find that beast?  I’ve always loved the XJS and it’s in the list for my next car project.
