No, not Zoidberg. We found a crayfish (aka crawdad, aka mini lobster) in the woods this afternoon after a major rainfall. Enzo stepped on it twice before realizing what I was looking at.

I was camping next to a little stream once and my cousin started fishing in it, we didn’t get any fish, but pulled up a whole family of crayfish. It was fun. We put them back i the water of coarse

You missed out on that fine delicacy?
(I've never eaten crayfish . . . Yet. I would probably need to spend more time in Louisiana.)

It’s better than lobster if done right.

It put me in the mood for shrimp, anyway. But I just ordered brisket. Go figure.

Haven’t eaten here in a while. I remember the brisket sandwiches having more meat in the past. Paired with a very sweet local brown ale. (Actually, it is a lot of meat, just used to having it chopped up.)
Oh yeah. Very, very good brisket. Maybe shrimp tomorrow night.

Houston loves them too. I tried them, but discovered they were definitely not for me.
