The baby giraffe at Mexico City’s zoo has been named by popular demand, it is not a surprise what won.

Without further clickbait, I present to you: Jirafífíta.

Named after the famous political chant “fifi”, and by petition of a famous Mexican twitter user, we now have a Giraffe named after a political movement that will probably die long before she does. It’d be like naming an elephant “covfefe ”

Though, I admit that I’m a bit angry because I voted for Giraffe McGriaffe face

There was a Jaguar living in the Santa Rita Mountains, south of Tucson, AZ. AZ Game and Fish let Tucson elementary students name him. They settled on “El Jefe”. I was very proud of them.
