Well observed.

My mom had such a hangar, and if I did errands for her, I would not park in a handicapped space. I’d rather walk half a mile. Yet I have known a couple people with elderly parents who will park in the HC space. Indefensible.

Technically the driver isn’t wrong.

They have a disability in that they can’t park for shit.

It’s not entirely in the disabled spot if you discount the chevrons as not being a disabled parking area (granted it’s not a parking area either).

Bonus points for not using the, ‘it’s okay I can park anywhere’ hazard lights. Lol.
