Other than the eggs not being over easy, thats my ideal UK full breakfast.

I fancied scrambled eggs this morning and I did them in a frying pan I used to fry the mushrooms so they look a bit browner.
I was going to fry some halved tomatoes but they were a bit soft so I thr ew them out.

The meat to non-meat ratio is on point here.

I was thinking about some fried bread before hand, but it slipped my mind. Doh.

Meanwhile I’m over here throwing away half a bag of gas station brand chips because they’re 75% salt.

What are the round black things in the back? Some kind of sausage?

Back row is three slices of fried black pudding, in front of them are four small portabello mushrooms, then Lincolnshire sausages, fried beans, scrambled eggs and bacon .

Sounds interesting. I’ve had blood sausage but never black pudding. I’ve never met a meat I didn’t like so I’m sure its delicious.

Blood sausage and blood pudding are apparently the same.
Though I’m not sure because we have three different recipes for black pudding here in the U.K. (one in the north of England, one in the south of Scotland and one in the east coast of Scotland).
