i wish we got one of those instead of the Quest. There is nothing terrible about it as a minivan, i just hate it. well I guess the handling is terrible but I would expect that.

I dig the Flex a lot. I love the styling, and they're super comfortable and roomy.

My dad and I saw a 2019 Flex at the auto show a couple weeks ago. “Hey, it’s like a bigger xB.” *sees 16 city, 23 highway* “It really is a bigger xB!”

I rented one to take a few people to Tahoe in the snow, I have to say it drove very well in pretty shit conditions.

Yeah they remind me of the old Volvo wagons, just living room sized. My mom had a 740 wagon and it had those big slab seats, reminded me of that.

If I found myself needing a large vehicle, one of these would be at the top of the list.

They are absolutely the closest thing around to the old school big wagons.

Love it. The Flex was underappreciated through its tenure. Roomy enough to fit 6 adults and their bags , adequate power plants, non-traditional SUV/CUV/crossover styling. What engine is in there? Please say ecoboost.

My parents bought a SEL version new in 2010 / 2011. 160k mostly trouble free miles. Now throwing an occasional code for running lean, but I have always loved the way it rides.
Seats are good, but th e headrests are just a bit too far forward and only adjust up / down. That is really my only gripe.

Unfortunately it’s just the NA 3.5 engine. Not a chance to find a working EB within my budget. (<10k)
But, I have the EB in my F-150, for those times when I need the power...

Hey, easier to spin the tires with an empty bed! That 3.5 still puts out 280 horses respectably. The one I rented in California had that powerplant.
