They were good. I left some whole though which I think I prefer all chopped up. Just sautéed button mushrooms in cream with a little garlic and black and white pepper.
Also works with lightly fried pork medallions and then topped with some scrunched up small sheets of filo pastry.

Thick steak cut, triple cooked chips.
They could of stayed in longer to caramelise more but I was hungry. Lol.
