The attractiveness of this offer is entirely dependent on the state of your credit.

Those are pretty typical financing terms now. I’m not sure what everybody is getting worked up about.

That’s $40K for a three year old Charger. Nah.

Total cost of 41,320. Far from the worst I’ve seen.

I hung out with the Challenger/Charger crowd a bit when I had my Hemi Magnum. It’s mostly lawn chair sitting toy car/real car stuffed animal collecting folks. Not a lot of hooning going on.

Makes me miss 2016 when 0% financing with $0 down was handed out like candy.

It could be worse, but it’s still kinda crap. That’s over new MSRP for a three year old car. I bet you’d get a better deal if you got a new one.

No. I am the worst. :(
I only have 1 chapter left, but I've been too distracted by other things lately. I desperately want to finish it!

I hooned mine, but it’s amazing the stuff you have to do to even make them hoonable. On paper it looks like a bad ass muscle wagon, in practice it's got 2.82 gears, open diff, aggressive torque management, and traction control you can't turn off. It was a don't-meet-your-heroes situation for me. I wanted one so bad when they came out, 8 years later I got one and it was a major disappointment.

Open diff ??? What’s the point?
So these new Mopars that claim like 707 horsepower are all denuded?
I’d rather just have some Roadkill beater with a mild-to-moderate V8 and without all of that electronic crappage.

And while I commend you for it, I’m just into really really fast cars and I work too much to wrench. So I wind up paying. It was a 2.5% loan, though.

I wasn’t criticizing! I’m just a cheapass who likes to wrench, but I’m actually way too busy to do it these days. :(

Lol I appreciate the clarification, but let’s call a spade a spade here. Buying a running ride for $560 is way more oppo than bor rowing over 30k for a sedan. Also, $560 out in Phoenix means that the car probably doesn’t have wheels or an engine that will crank.

The higher-end cars have way better electronics, better gearing, etc. th an the early ones like mine , but I’m at a point where I’d rather have a 4bbl carb on an inefficient old V8 for a fun car.

I couldn’t right up to the point where school started back up for the term... Then I was blasted with homework and it got set to the side for a few days, then the days turned into weeks and the excitement gets forgotten after it gets back-burnered for a bit . I NEED to pick it back up!

Uh, interest rates nearly doubled in the past six months, for sub-$50k loans?
I mean, anybody with an account at my bank can walk in and get 4.89% @ 72 on a 2016. 6.5% is predatory bullshit.

Yes, and my credit union still does 3.49% up to 72 months. But those are not typical. I’m consistently seeing dealers offer 5.5-6.5% around me on used cars, especially for less than top tier credit.
