put in a yellow LED for the low beam, and a white for the high.
the low beams hardly work anyways. This way, people see this weird yellow light at higher then normal height and stop and go: wait WTF IS that. So a little more noticability (plus fog riding ability) is good.
if I need the road actually lit up, cue the high beam :)

same. My boss let me park it 10 feet away from my desk. its KILLER getting to work every day. but I get to coddle it as much a s I want :)
