As crazy as it sounds, Air Asia will do just that.

Let's just hope the American big 3 won't find out about this. AA or United menus when you can go eat just about anywhere? No thanks.

the last time i had Chinese food from an airport was at 7 am, I want ot say at Atlanta. an hour later I was sprinting to the bathroom while climbing, probably around 2k ft. The airplane lady told me i needed to go back to my seat and I think the look of impending doom told here that would not be an option.  I dont think i will ever eat airport / airplane food again.

I've never flown them, but I feel like this could influence people to choose them if their food is good. For certain routes there is not much difference in price so whatever an airline can do to make themselves stand out could help sales.
