They canned our old service manager and the new one sees how much of a waste being open Saturdays for service is! Which means I no longer work Saturdays after this week!!!

I’m shocked that being open on Saturday is a bad deal. I’d love it if the garage I went to had weekend hours (and frankly my schedule is more flexible than most people’s). I sort of wonder if it was an advertising problem (people didn’t know you were open) as opposed to an undesirable service.

No there are a multitude of issues that just makes a dealership being open on Saturdays here that just don’t work to make them profitable.

Plus we have a shuttle and people getting here on work days has never been an issue.
