I think this song is really good, one of the best ones by Gorillaz.

In demon days, it’s cold inside
You don’t get nobody, people sigh
It’s so bad, lasting far, but love yourself
Hiding in a hole in there
All the glasses are too big
Bring it back, got to hold it back
To let you do that yet you don’t want me back
Before it fall down, falling down falling down
Falling out to go far from the soul

Well these demon days are so cold inside
It’s so hard to live, and so to survive
You can’t even trust the air you breathe
‘Cause Mother Earth has a soul to leave
When lies become reality
You love yourself because it’s easy
Pick yourself up it’s a brand new day
So turn yourself round
Don’t burn yourself, turn yourself
Turn yourself around to the soul

Well these demon days are so cold inside
It’s so hard to live, and so to survive
You can’t even trust the air you breathe
‘Cause Mother Earth has a soul to leave
When lies become reality
You love yourself because it’s easy
Pick yourself up it’s a brand new day
So turn yourself round
Don’t burn yourself, turn yourself
Turn yourself around to the sun

Its THE gorillaz album, and even though it has great songs, I think Demon D ays is the artistic  peak... as it closses the album on a bittersweet note

love, love, love this album.

In the best way, I didn’t instantly like the whole thing, but each song I was on the fence about, then grew on me and now I love it, start to finish.

It helps that we listened to this all the time over a summer where I first was dating my wife, but we didn’t have any real responsibilities other than our jobs; we lived ON a lake and had my boat 50 feet from where we slept, and had a ton of lake friends who we hung out with all the time that we weren’t at work. I put hundreds of hours on the boat. This album and a few others still flood me with those great memories.
