FAT
STACKS
TBH I’m not really a fan of this pointless dick swinging. It’s an invitation for people to fuck with your car more than anything else is.

Sadly the registration check fails: https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/registration/buy-sell-or-transfer-a-vehicle/buy-a-vehicle/check-vehicle-registration/vehicle-registration-enquiry?utm_source=VR-checkrego&utm_medium=button&utm_campaign=VR-checkrego
It does work for “ 2" though (apparently it’s a silver BMW wagon) , so who knows what’s up with 1.

this car is owned by Peter Bartels, who also owns Australia’s only McLaren F1
so clearly he knows people somewhere in government who in turn can see that vicroads don’t release his car info to everyone.

I quite like private plates.
You get some that say it’s a waste of money, yadda yadda yadda, but it’s their money.
I don’t pull up next to VW Passats and shout, ‘hey, you could of saved £4,000 by getting a Skoda Superb’ . Nor do I look at Bentley Continentals and think, hmmm, they could of saved £120,000 and got jus t as much if not more comfort and legroom in a Skoda Superb.
I'd love the licence plate '5VEN', it was going for £25,000 for years then someone else bought it.

You may find that you’ll need a few zeros in front to actually find it in the portal. Same issue occurs in other states of Oz too.
Despite the value of the 1 plate...the 888 plate is even more expensive.
